How long until I see results?
Timing depends on the package and access to your systems. We agree the delivery plan and observable success signal before work begins.
Will you make us replace our current tools?
No. We start with the systems your team already uses. We recommend replacing something only when it is genuinely preventing the workflow from working reliably.
Do we keep the build if we leave?
Yes. The workflow, credentials, documentation, dashboard, and source code are yours from day one.
What if our team is not technical?
That is fine. We document everything in plain English and record a handover for the people who will use the workflow.
Are you GDPR and UK ICO compliant?
Runation is designed around UK GDPR-aware delivery, human review, retention rules, and documented subprocessors. Our Privacy and AI Usage policies carry the operational detail; we do not claim ICO registration or certification until it is verified.
What happens after the build?
